All orders are processed immediately upon receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that certain circumstances such as high order volume or shipping problems may delay orders and are outside of our control. We are grateful for your order and your patience as we work to fulfill and ship your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order depend upon product sizes selected and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-Store Pickup
We do not currently offer in-store pickup for orders purchased online.

International Shipping
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
Please email us with your address and product details to obtain availability status and estimates for international orders.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges, if they are applied, are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
Most giclee orders take approximately 5-8 days to complete and ship. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at reginadunnart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We require a physical address to deliver your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please do not use a P.O. box as your shipping address.
